Ok mom's on me again for not blogging about her babies and I said "what am I suppose to say I'm depressed, I don't feel good, I'm tired, my kids have been sick and cranky for a week with this absolutely awful virus called hand, foot and mouth disease (sounds deathly doesn't it)which is really gross and discusting. It gives you blisters in your mouth, hands, feet, and butt and they are so painful you can't eat anything solid. Due to the fact that several people I know have now contracted it I'm convinced they got it at the YMCA." She thinks I'm funny and asks "why are you depressed?" I say "no worries it's nothing chronic, it's hormonal and I'll get over it" I'm really thinking "why don't you just quit your job, get on the first plane and come see your favorite daughter in the whole world!!!" HA! Just kidding mom! I think it just all came to a head yesterday being cooped up like a chicken all week and to top it off my dear friend is moving to another country and found out their official leaving day is Friday rather than next week. So that also means Bradley's best little buddy since birth will be leaving too. Right from the get go they used to sit in their carseats side by side staring at each other or put up with Moneiva and I toting them all over the city so we could shop all day. So many memories and being pregnant all three times together. Only this time we won't be finishing up together to see each other's end result. Bummer! Anyway, the reality of that has sunk in and now it's time to be a big girl and realize this is just part of life and being a grown up. So on another note all funniness and seriousness aside.... today has been a great day with my kids, the depression has lifted, my kids are very happy, Alayna hasn't thrown one fit, I feel really good....so good, I woke up this morning and went for my first run in over a month. I sorta feel like me again. Don't get me wrong I've had alot of good days weaved in and it's getting better.....I was just tired of me and the kids not feeling 100%. Still so much to be thankful for and have to keep it in perspective right? I even put a roast in the crock pot to make a healthy meat, potatos and veggie meal for my poor deprived family who has so graciously put up with my lack of cooking and has been living so unhealthily. Mainly on pizza, fastfood, or nothing at all. The swingset has been in commission for awhile now except the tunnel across the top, but the kids and I spent the morning digging out all the grass from the space underneath by the roots to get it ready for the sand. We headed to Walmart and got some sand and now the sandbox is complete. They loved it and thought it was really cool to help with all the hard work. Bradley felt very important helping with such a "big job". "momma, did I get all the roots?" he kept asking. Even Alayna was in there pulling with all her strength. So we just had a backyard laborous fun kind of day today.

Hugs to you dear, sweet Heidi! You have been so strong even though you have not felt well. I have to say, you look great and you wouldn't even know that inside you just need a hug. Well, I am sending one to you right now! You are an AWESOME mommy and God only gives you what he knows you can handle (even though you think you can't)! I am glad you had a great day and that the kids got to play on the swingset. Love the pics:)
Heidi, If you only knew how bad I want to quit my job and take care of my little baby who is not feeling well. I could take care of you and you could be the princess, put your feet up and relax. I know you try to keep going and do things when you are not feeling good. Your just like your mommie. But, remember I will be there in January and nurse you back to your old self. Maybe this time I can meet your friends and we can have a party. I will host it. Whoopie!!!! Get better my little munchkin. I love the pictures of my babies and the swingset. Love all of you so much. Love Mommie
Those are great pics. Glad you are starting to feel a little better. I heard the kiddos were sick and I know that's no fun. Hope everything is on the upswing now!
I'm sorry you and the kiddos are not well. My doctor told me once that hand, foot, and mouth disease spreads most quickly through water. Have you done any swimming? Abbey has had it in the past so I feel your pain! OUCH!!
Sending lots of love.

You didn't tell me about hand-foot-mouth!!! Callie had a bout of it before we left for FL - but never any bumps in her mouth...I've heard those are the worst ones!!! It's such an annoyance of a virus! Oh well - glad you are all on the upswing - and you went for a run - that is AWESOME!! How did it feel??? I'm so sorry about Moneiva moving...it's so hard to say goodbye...but it's just until later, right? :)
